Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy 

Everyone loves FREE SHIPPING! So, we have covered the cost of shipping for you! Once an order is received, it should arrive in 2 weeks on average. If you do not receive your package after 3 weeks or would like an update on the status of your order, email support@heartoffauquier. If a return in necessary, the cost must be covered by the customer.

Return & Exchange Policy 

Damaged Goods - Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 2 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.


Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Wrong Size – If you order an item in the wrong size, contact us at to arrange a return within 2 weeks of delivery date. Customer is responsible for cost of shipping for any returns.
